(Cruise bookings)

Reservation & Payments
In order to confirm a reservation, we would require passenger’s name as stated in their travel documents. Cancellation and/or amendment to a confirmed booking may result in cancellation charge (s) and/or amendment charge (s) being applied.

Tour cancellation Fees
30 days or more before departure - 25% of package price
15 - 29 days before departure - 50% of package price
07 - 14 days before departure - 75% of package price
7 days or less before departure - 100% of package price

Substitution of name of passenger is strictly not permitted. A doctor’s certificate to verify illness does not waive any of the above penalties.

Child Fare
Child fare is based on a child sharing room with two full paying adults. A surcharge will be imposed for a child occupying a room with only one adult.

Change of place of visit/itinerary
Travel and tour arrangements may on occasion requires a change due to circumstances beyond our control. Should this occurs, the company will use its best endeavor to substitute an alternative arrangement for the passengers.

Tour cancellation/reschedule
The company reserves the right to cancel/reschedule any tour for any reason whatsoever including, but not limited to, an insufficient number of participants. Should this happen, the monies paid will be refunded without further obligation or liability on the part of the company.

Importance notice
Cruise, flights, hotel, meals, tour itineraries and transport schedules, etc may be altered where necessary or under circumstances beyond the control of the organizer. No refund shall be entertained for service not utilized. Prices are subjected to change at any time owing to cost and/or currency fluctuations. No pets or other animals are permitted on board any mode of transportation.

Amendment Charge
There will be a minimum charge of $50 per amendment for any amendment and/or changes requested by the passenger (s).

Extension of Stay
Extension of stay is permitted on most tours, provided that such arrangements are made prior to the commencement of the tour. Transfer to the airport/pier will not be provided.

Insurance
We strongly recommended that you take out a travel insurance policy to cover the loss of deposit /full payment resulting from the cancellation of your tour due to injury or illness prior to departure.

Surcharge
In the event of the transportation company imposing an additional surcharge, this amount will be passed on to the passengers.

Package Price Does not include
Seaport/Airport taxes and visa fees where required. Meals and tours not specified in the itinerary. Optional sightseeing at each destination call. Items of a personal nature. E.g. Charges for mineral water, soft drinks, wines, liquor and other alcoholic beverages. Porterage charges at airports/piers, hotels, etc. Gratitutes and tipping.

Travel documents
Passengers must carry an international passport with a minimum six months validity. Certain nationalities may require a visa for the countries to be visited. It is the sole responsibility of the passengers to ensure that they are in possession of valid travel documents, including visa, if required . Passengers without proper documentation will be denied boarding.

Meals & Entertainment
Your cruise fare includes daily breakfast, lunch and dinner provided during normal meals times and entertainment whilst at sea.

Ship’s Cabins
All outside cabins are with porthole/window/balcony. Standard or inside cabins are without porthole/window.

Departure Time
All times quote are to be used as an estimate only. It is subject to change with or without prior notice.

Baggage
On the cruise, each passenger may bring a reasonable amount of baggage. Baggage must be distinctly labeled with the passenger’s name and cabin number. All baggage must be held in your cabin. Nothing can be stored in the ship’s hold.

Star Cruise Cancellation Policy

Full Cruise Product
15 days or more before departure - 25% of package price
08 - 14 days before departure - 50% of package price
7 days or less before departure - 100% of package price

Fly Cruise Product and Coach Cruise Product
15 days or more before departure - 25% of package price
08 - 14 days before departure - 50% of package price
7 days or less before departure - 100% of package price

Name change permitted provided that a) at least 1 original passenger is still traveling in the same cabin; b) fare difference (if any) is refunded/paid and c) amend fee of $20 per person per change will apply for each change.

Date change only permitted if it is done at least 8 days prior to original sailing date and fare will be recalculated according to the prevailing rate and a fee of $20 per person will apply

Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) Cancellation Policy

7 cruise night or less
61 days or more before departure - Admin fee
30 - 60 days before departure - Deposit amount
08 - 29 days before departure - 50% of package price
7 days or less before departure - 100% of package price

Date/name change not permitted once booking is confirmed, change will be treated as cancellation and rebooking

Princess Cruise Line Cancellation Policy

7 cruise night or less
75 days or more before departure - Admin fee
74 - 43 days before departure - Deposit amount
22 - 42 days before departure - 50% of package price
08 - 8 days before departure - 75% of package price
7 days or less before departure - 100% of package price

Royal Caribbean International/Celebrity Cancellation Policy

7 cruise night or less
70 days or more before departure - Admin fee
30 - 69 days before departure - Deposit amount
08 - 29 days before departure - 50% of package price
7 days or less before departure - 100% of package price

Date/name change not permitted once booking is confirmed, change will be treated as cancellation and rebooking
